Miss Me on Blog Talk Radio? Archived Recording Available. Plus, I’m Making the News!
Just a quick note that Nicole from Linus’s Blanket interviewed me on the Blog Talk Radio Show called That’s How I Blog. I had a great time and we talked about how I got my blog started, how do I find the time to blog with such young kids, what prompted me to start asking authors for recipes, what books I’m currently reading, what my book club is like (apparently free from drama), how my reading habits have changed, about my taking the Master Gardener program, book covers, and my grief over not doing much with my photography degree. We also talked at length about the amazing book War Child by Emmanuel Jal, whose story pretty much blew everybody away.
I’m not planning on listening to the recording because I don’t want to listen to my voice (Really? I sound like what?) and start second-guessing myself (Why did I answer that question like that?!). But you could listen:
And by the way, Nicole is an awesome host and I now realize that I had nothing to be scared about. This morning the local news station is coming to my house to tape a segment about blogging! Wish me luck!! That I will need.
