For me, I picked it up based on the author alone. Kathy - There is to much sadness in this world, that's for sure. Margot - I'm not really a crier in books, although I don't think this one would make you cry. It's more thoughtful than sad. Beth F. - Definitely put her on your radar. She's won tons of Newbery Honors and I swear one of these days she's going to get the Medal. Maybe for this one? It's already getting some hype for it. Cari - I just picked up Locomotion today at the library. I can't wait to read it. Amy – The cover feels like the book. For me, I picked it up based on the author alone.
