I'm glad to know that I'm not the only rule breaker when it comes to passing on awards. It's too hard to pick just a few people when there are so many worthy bloggers out there.

I'm really impressed with you. Especially with your comment about not having much time to write posts. Your blog always has excellent content, you're constantly trying to improve this blog and add new things. Well done to you.

Man, you must be TIRED. Maybe I'm projecting a little. I'd be tired after that busy of a January! I've got the last 8 or so of your posts still waiting for me in Google Reader, I can't believe you have time to read so much and then post with all the cross referencing links and everything.

I like to know if a reader would recommend a book, but ratings don't really mean a lot to me.

What a fantastic month, Natasha. Even without the links, I love to see what everyone's reading. I'm behind in my reviewing, too. Driving me crazy!!

Beth F. - I've found these wrap up post to be really helpful because at the end of the year it's easy to do my year wrap up post. Also, those who may not follow along all month, will probably sneak a peak at this one post to see if there was anything worth looking at.

Darlene - I used to just rate the books at the end of the month but this month everything seemed to have the same rating. And then what's the point? As for awards, I would single out individual people if I wrote a post every time an award came in but I try to keep my non-bookish posts down to the bare minimum. And this month was crazy, I would have had to award everyone I know just to keep up with how many I was supposed to award. And as a mom to two small boys I just don't have the time. I can barely get my other posts up.
