The swearing and other stuff bothered me too much. I cant believed that this was classified as a YA book at the libarary. I wouldnt want my teen reading it. It's really not scary at all. I love the paranormal romance genre. Although I like it to be heavier on the the paranormal than the romance. I agree with your take on Cabel's job it was a little to much but it was just a device to get Janie to realize her potential and use in the next book. I can't wait for Fade. I loved this book.
