In Salt Lake on Saturday? Meet Me at the Library!

Rapunzels RevengeSo if you live in Utah and follow any of our local authors blogs (Shannon Hale, Sara Zarr, James Dashner, to name just a very few – we are so very blessed to have a lot of great authors here) then I am sure that you already know about Rapunzel’s Roundup this Saturday.  No?  Shannon Hale describes it so much better than I do, but in short, there is a big celebration at the Anderson-Foothill Branch library from 1-5 in honor of Shannon’s newest book Rapunzel’s Revenge and everybody is going to be there.  There will be a panel, live music, games and more.

So if you’re in Salt Lake City and you are going, let me know!  I’d love to meet up with you.  The last author event I went to, I heard from a lot of bloggers that we’re there, but not until after the fact.  Suey from It’s All About Books and I were literally shoulder to shoulder and didn’t even say hello!

So fellow Utahns, are you going?

Hey you! Yes. You! I've noticed that you've stopped by to visit a few times! But I don't know who you are. Why don't you take a moment and introduce yourself. Don't be scared. I try not to bite. I know you're a lurker but I'd love to hear your thoughts about what's been bringing you here. And if you haven't done so already, don't forget to never miss a post by subscribing to my feed or receiving updates by email. Thanks for visiting!

  1. It sounds like fun, but unfortunately we have a huge family event all day. You’ll have to let us know how it went.

For some reason, Askimet Spam is giving me a lot of false positives. Even to those who have left me many comments before. So if you leave a comment, hit submit, and it seems to go the way of the wind, don't resubmit it. I'll catch it and publish it. Also, if you leave 2 or more links in your comment, it automatically goes into moderation. I'll catch that too.

I love and invite your comments. I thrive on them. But by posting a comment, you agree to not post off topic, defamatory, obscene, abusive, or use language that is not family friendly. I have the right to remove such comments and prevent you from leaving comments in the future. That said, comment away!
