Nominate an Author
Well, I’ve been working hard on getting bloggers book reviews up on the new database of Book Bloggers Book Reviews. I want this to be something that you’ll come back to time and again, and in order to do that, I’m sure you would like to see the authors that you enjoy. What are a couple of your favorite authors that I haven’t added? Let me know and I will add all of the ones suggested. It might take me awhile, but I’ll get it done!
Many thanks.

Reading this post reminded me that I was supposed to have e-mailed you about the database but then never did. I’m so sorry, it completely slipped my mind. I can be forgetful like that, which is why I sometimes e-mail reminders of things to myself, but of course that sometimes I forget to do even that.
Some favourites of mine that are not on the list: Jeffrey Eugenides, Terry Pratchett, Neil Gaiman, Ursula Le Guin.
Thanks so much for doing this. It’s such a useful database!
on April 11th, 2008 at 1:03 pmOh oh oh! I’d like to “nominate” Margaret Atwood (The Handmaid’s Tale, The Blind Assassin, Oryx and Crake, The Robber Bride, Alias Grace, Cat’s Eye, etc etc). I’ll have to think of some other authors.
on April 11th, 2008 at 2:54 pmYour book reviews are a great resource! How about Isabel Allende, Nicholas Sparks, and Karen Kingsbury? I love Lucy Maude Montgomery as well as Ernest Hemmingway.
Thanks for adding my favorites,

Got them all! Give me some time. My in-laws are here for the week, so I probably won’t be touching it until after their gone. But I’ll get them up.
Anybody else?
on April 15th, 2008 at 8:38 pmI’m not sure that any of his other books are worth reading but “Life of Pi” by Yann Martel is excellent and I think there are quite a few reviews out there for it.
